A: Yes, we send our international orders via UPS and national orders via Bpost.
Please be aware of time needed to create your jewelry first, for the jewelry without diamonds it takes up to 4-7 days, with diamonds up to 14
Delivery is free for Belgium, for other countries please contact us. The delivery time (after your order is finished) depends on the carrier to the final destination, for Belgium and the Netherlands it is 24 hours secured post, 5-7 days for other countries in Europe and up to 14-16 days worldwide.

A: Yes, each jewel is made of 14k solid gold. You can choose out of 3 colors gold : White, Yellow and Rose. We don’t use silver or other metals.
Q: What are the stones?
A: We use only real diamonds, acquired at Antwerp Diamond center. We include a Little stories certificate in every purchase. You can choose out of 3 diamond colors : white, black or cognac (light brown).
Q: Which cord do you use?
A: We use high quality cord, made in Germany. Our cord is resistant to sunlight, water, UV, you can wear it all the time. We provide lifetime guarantee for all our cords.
Q: Can I change the cord? If I want another color?
A: Yes, sure ! You send us your jewelry by secured post and we do the rest. You can find this option on our website, with or without the option of polishing your gold initials.
Q: How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
A: The moment your order is dispatched, we will send you an e-mail confirmation with your tracking information. Don’t forget to check your junk mail folder.
Q: Can I return or exchange my item?

Q: What should I do if I’ve ordered the wrong size?
A: Normally we chat with every buyer personally to know exactly what they want, but also if the jewelry is of wrong size, we always can adjust it. We do take care of our customers.
